Why would someone vandalize my Goldendoodle sticker?  Dh and I decided to get away from our ever ringing phone here in Florida (will the political calls EVER stop) and went to dinner with a girlfriend.  We were in the restaurant for about an hour and 20 minutes, parked in a well lite and pretty busy parking lot.  While leaving, as I walk past to get to the passanger side I see that someone has vandalize my Goldendoodle sticker.  Why?  Why would someone do that?  Right where someone could walk by and see them?  Who in their right mind thinks that they have the right to not only touch someone else's property but to destroy it.  I'm angry but mostly just very, very sad.  What a world we live in :(

To get back to the discussion of my "goofy" statement--I taught high school kids for 34 years---they would do some very goofy things--and had no idea what motivated them--peer pressure? Who knows--they just aren't always thinking about consequences or other people's feelings--when i saw the vandalism to your sticker, that was the first thing that came to mind. Fortunately, most of them grow out of the need to do goofy things!

Talk about "goofy" and acting without regard to consequences or others' feelings - try teaching MIDDLE SCHOOL!!  Their frontal lobes are even less developed than those of high school kids.  Their actions often had me scratching my head!!!

Jennifer - you are too sweet!!!  Thank you for the offer - means so much!  You have a good heart.  Joe has got me covered but good to know where backups are available - lol.  What a stupid thing to do to someones car - we could have walked right out there at any minute.  Had we of seen them - oh dear - might have been a scuffle of sorts.  Glad that didn't happen.  I might need bail money at that point - lol.

So sorry that this happened.  I'm guessing it was vandalism pure and simple (jealousy always comes to mind)  You know Jane that you could never understand such people who would do this as you would never think of such a thing.  Be sad (and angry ) for the miserable person who did this and be happy there are so many good people and that you will have a replacement very soon.

Oh Jane, I'm sorry!  Why....because some people are mean, or strange, or ignorant, or uninformed.  If I had to guess I'd agree that it is a Golden Retriever owner who is overly passionate about the breed being used to create what they consider to be "designer dogs".  I think we've all met people like that....although most of them don't resort to damaging someone's property to make their point.  The best news is that there are more really kind people (like Jennifer and Jo) than mean spirited ones.
