We picked up Gunner yesterday and are already in love with him. Our Golden Daisy is thrilled. Daisy is only almost 9 months so play time is looking to be pretty crazy and fun.

I'm so happy that Daisy already loves Gunner and wants to be by his side. I was a little nervous and introduced them in a neutral location first but I have a feeling Daisy would have loved Gunner (and vice versa) no matter what.

Very cute, congratulations. I remember that when we brought Auggie home and he was sleeping in his little crate in our bedroom, Monty would gaze into the little crate to see who the new creature is. And when Auggie woke up in the middle of the night and needed to go potty, Monty escorted us every time. It took him two days to gave up on it and he just stayed in his bed when Auggie needed to go out. It's great that Daisy is happy about the new brother. There will be times (very soon) that she will just want to hide from his teeth. :-)

This is so great!! How lucky to have a 9 month old dog that is so sweet and gentle with the pup! And I LOVE that shot with the pup in the crate--looks like Daisy got as close as she could!

Is Gunner a goldendoodle? He is adorable! Have fun momma!!

Gunner is a Goldendoodle and Daisy is all Golden Retriever. Gunner (my husband was a Viet Nam helicoptor door gunner, thus the name) is having a blast playing with Daisy. I'm enjoying today because I have a feeling I'm going to have some crazy days to come.

Love that second pic.  They are so cute!

Congratulations!! I love the pictures!

Congrats on the new little one! Gunner is adorable!

Reporting in on Gunner and Daisy's friendship. Daisy shared her bone with Gunner. I think that means they are going to do just fine together.

Thanks so much! Its been so fun watching them together. I wasn't sure how the favorite bone would go and was watching closely. I didn't really expect that much sharing to happen.

Thi s is just the best! Sharing her bone! Wow, that is great. Maybe Daisy's maternal instincts are developing. Looks like you are in for a long loving relationship with your two fur babies.

Just a little update on our little Gunner. This picture was a few days ago at 10 weeks and 17 pounds. He's doing so great. He is pretty well potty trained and hasn't had an accident for 10 days or so. He and Daisy are still having an absolute blast playing together. I'm so curious as to what his fur will be like.
