Food Brand?

Hi All! I know there are plenty of boards with food suggestion- but there are SO many mixed reviews, I do not know where to begin.  We got suckerd into buying the Nutro Lamb and Rice Large Breed Puppy dry food- he gets about 2 cups a day (really he gets fed twice a day and eats as much as he wants, comes to about 2 cups a day hes 9 weeks old).  Anyways. I have now heard mixed reviews on the Nutro. I knwo they had recalls years ago (as almost every other dog food company has). Has anyone had any positive experience with this Lamb and Rice formula?

If only we could take Karen with all of us. I don't even have my puppy yet, but because of your helpful advice I definitely know I will not be feeding anything not processed and manufactured in Canada or U.S. as well I will be buying one of the recommendations from the food group. Thanks!

A WWKD App is genius.

I used to spent hours reading the food group to find a food for Oliver. One day a person posted an issue similar to mine, and Karen recommended Acana limited ingredient. I bought the food that day, problem solved. Karen is the dog food whisperer.

Karen- YEAH!!!!!!!! That would be AWESOME! Would love to. Where do you normally shop? Since we have this MASSIVE bag and hes still so small, I dont want to switch him right now, so I want to do some more research, talk to the vet, get recommendations, etc. But that would be fun! Thank you, appreciate it. So stressful with all these good/bad reviews, its like how do you really know. This Nutro stuff has limited ingredients and new formula? I dont know. But yeah. Do you take your pup to the Happy Tails dog park in BG?  When Archie is older and has all shots, etc Id like to go. I know there are some Doodle Romps to that looked kind of fun in the area!
