My Doodle is a Poodle. But she looks so cute.
She hasn't been groomed for a few months, the Christmas, car insurance, HOA, etc. crunch.
Had her done today and she is prancing around and not looking like my Brenna.
I picked her up at 2:30 and she is like a diva. She looks really cute as I had her shaved pretty short. They all love her at the groomers, they think she is funny, smart and a good girl to groom.
She is finally ready  to sleep.
Question, what do you all pay for a grooming, including teeth brush and ear hair gone?
And I can see her eyes, checked her and no nicks anywhere.

The picture is old, will post  new one.

It is hard to compare prices because it depends where you go (small grooming place versus larger place), what part of the country you live it, the size of your doodle, and the type of grooming (scissors vs clippers).

It's different from one place to another. In our area, price tag starts from $75 for full grooming for a doodle like ours (Willow is 65lb.) Adding tip on top of that usually runs $100. That's why I'm grooming Willow at home. :)

We pay $85 for our 90# golden doodle & $65 for our 30# puppy.  Brushing teeth is $5 more.  We live in the greater Seattle area & have them groomed at a local kennel.  Prices go higher around here, what we pay is about standard.  They are not scissor clipped on their bodies or legs...not sure how they do the faces.  Where are you & what do you pay?

I groom doodles but live in upstate NY where prices are lower--I know that in cities people pay more. I charge 65-75 for a standard doodle (my biggest customer is 65 pounds) and $40 for a 25-35 pound doodle and then in between for the medium guys. It does take much longer to do a larger dog, so I am really charging according to the time it takes--I do pluck ears, but do not brush teeth or do anal glands--I do scissor face and legs.

I live in Fresno, Ca. and Libby (46lbs) goes every three weeks for everything and they charge $50.00.  I am very happy with our groomer and compared to other places in the area, they are very reasonable.  Plus they are about three minutes from where we live, big bonus:)

We pay $65 for a full groom, which includes the teeth, treats and a "pretty" around the neck - oh, and the report card.  I live in Vancouver, WA and go to a small, private grooming salon.  Love love love them.

I live in la, ca. Zoe is 25 lbs and for a full groom she's $65-75. Bender is 47 lbs and he's arnd $85-95.
I've taken them to multiple groomers before I found a really great mobile groomer but prices are very similar. Zoe came back with a poodle cut every time for the first year with every groomer. I noticed she looks a lot better after a bath because they all brush her out very poofy! I like to wipe them down w water when they come back. I cried the very first time lol

I have a mobile groomer come to the house.  I know I am spoiled!  They love Bodi and he loves them.  I would pay anything for that!  The cost is around $80 with my generous tip. : )  (small city, OHIO)

I'm glad that Brenna is enjoying her grooming!!

I really think it depends on the area of the country where you live.  I'm in CT and we pay $240 for the two dogs (with tip).  That's for everything, bath, trip, teeth, ears.  They go every five weeks....they charge a little more if you don't take them regularly because it takes them longer.  It was a little less at Petco, but they did a horrible job and the dogs were crated for hours.  It's worth it to me to pay more for a crate free groomer who takes very few dogs and does a wonderful "scissor cut".

Oops trim....not trip.

It was $90 with tip, teeth and ears included. She is still prancing around like a little diva. The basic was $80.

Is $10 an Ok tip?
