My question seems a little silly becuase there are so many threads going on that seem

so much more important than this but anyways ...

I am wondering how I can meet people on this site. Do I just read posts and comment and hospfully a friendship starts? I am in the market for some positive pet owner friends :)

Hi Heather  First of all Welcome ! Daisey is a very cute doodle.

I have only been on this site for the last 6 months.

In that time I have won 2 contests, and reached the goal of

Hopeless Doodle Addict  I have met many extremely nice people, who have embraced me into the group. The secret (I think) is to be a joiner, and not wait for everyone to find you.

Post pictures of your doodle. Ask questions, and join groups. Don't be afraid to make a joke comment if something strikes you as funny. Everyone that I am friendly with on here has a great sense, maybe even a twisted sense of humor. They are a pretty welcoming bunch of doodle lovers. So don't sit back jump right in with both feet !

Oh and be sure to read the blogs. They are always great, and often get a ton of feedback ! Good luck and enjoy

Hi Heather and Daisy and welcome to Doodlekisses.  I don't think it is a silly question at all. 

My daughter's name is Heather and I have two doodles, that are only slightly older than your Daisy, so we have something in common already.  I do not post as often as some, and I am not too good at either humor or pictures, but I still enjoy DK very much.   Hope you will too.
