Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
I have an Australian Labradoodle that came from the offspring (yes we have the papers) from theses "people" and I will not even read any of these articles - they are NUTS. It was the daughter of the original breeder that had a breeding place in Florida and walked away - locking the doors when going through a divorce - leaving the dogs with no food or care!!! Thank God for an ex employee who saved those babies!!!
Patricia, we are not supposed to be commenting on a specific breeder here in the forum--if I did, I would have a hard time finding something nice to say about this one--but I will add that almost anyone who posts anything about this particular person is threatened with a lawsuit, so someone may want to remove this from the forum....
Just adding one more thing before I leave this and say too much....the video referred to at the end of the page this link leads to was done by a close friend--it is a fun tribute to doodles and I was present at the filming--YES, the pups shown are all early generation Lab x Poodle mixes, as is my Mattie, an F1 and the best dog ever....there are people in AMERICA who are breeding and producing beautiful doodles and getting a labradoodle in AMERICA that is not Australian is not going to cause anyone to die from anaphylactic shock in my opinion....
Here is my F1--I think her eyes are mighty intelligent and soulful--but apparently, according to this link, that is not possible unless she is an AUSTRALIAN labradoodle--bah humbug!!
My Wally is from Rutland Manor's Florida breeding location, and while I love him to pieces, I would advise anyone considering a puppy from Beverly or Angela to stay far, far away. When Jane used the word, "nuts," to refer to them, she was being very, very generous.
