Shaved like a Lion?

Has anyone seen the pictures where they shave a doodle to look like a lion?  Has anyone done it? My boyfriend (actually, now fiance, we just got engaged this weekend in Napa!) wants to shave poor archie like a lion. I think he would look really ridiculous, but I like the long hair, and I know archie will be hot in the summer anyways, so MAYBE instead of shaving him, we could make him look like a lion?!  =) ONLY if it grows back quickly!

yup seen those pictures haha... at first i was like "o.o! that is one skinny lion" than upon closer inspection i saw it was a dog haha... personally i think it looks a little ridiculous and kinda bleh... i just would never want my dog to look anything like a cat o.o but that's just me haha

I haven't shaved my puppy since he's still a puppy. I thought the 'lion cut' was cute but I probably wouldn't do it just because I like him w/ more fur.

I personally wouldn't go for a lion cut but Tara is a mini so you can just imagine how that would look...LOL

Other people are picking up on the lion cut craze.  At the park where I run on weeknights I saw a Wheaten cut in a lion clip.

Yes, one of the members here did it. Let me see if I can find the blog. She got a lot of heat for it, poor thing. In my opinion, dog is a dog and should look like a dog. But that's just me.
