new puppy after scam

as many of you know already we were the victims of a scam artist.  the breeder we originally paid for an american Labradoodle stopped responding to phone calls and emails once they accepted the payment. im happy to share that we have adopted an Australian Labradoodle from a reputable breeder, who has answered our calls even after we accepted the puppy, last Thursday and hes been Great. Leo has already learnt his name, to sit and down, we are even teaching him to swim. hes a very fast learner.

we have not heard back from the credit card yet but the breeder sent an email offering to refund the price of the puppy in two installments over the next two months. she didn't offer to refund the "credit card charges" she charged on top of the price of the puppy.

Well at least thats something. I guess it could be worse. Seems to me though that she should have to pay it all back. Funny, she wants to pay in installments.

im trying to figure out y she would offer the installments. it seems weird. y not give one refund? i dont trust her at all!!

sorry- but have you heard the expression- I would not trust her as far as I could throw her?

im not falling for her tricks. not even responding to her email. the dispute will continue.!
