Tragedy has struck one of our Members
Heather Woodland recently joined Doodle Kisses, but she and her beautiful doodle Cujo have been well known and loved for some time now on other doodle forums. Tonight Cujo was hit by a car and did not survive the accident. Please leave a note of condolence for her and her family. Leave your thoughts here and not on her profile page as that may fill her email up and she is not ready to talk to everyone at this time. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

We would like to send a gift to the Woodland family in this time of grief. If you would like to contribute any amount within the next two days, we will use that to purchase a token of our care for them. `````UPDATE--we have raised a sufficient amount to do something nice for the Woodlands. Below is her slide show and I'm including it as a tribute to her much loved doodle, Cujo.
He was gorgeous, patient, awesome with her kids and an important part of the family. Heather's youngest daughter and Cujo were best of friends.

Heather and family - Maci and I are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Cujo. I wish there was something we could say to ease your pain. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Hugs from Maci and me.

I am so sorry for the whole family. Cujo looked like a really great dog. With tears in my eyes I have watched the slide show.

We are deeply sorry and saddened by your loss. There are no words that can express how you must feel. Only consolation is to know that Cujo is happy playing with new friends at the Rainbow Bridge. He will be loved there as you loved him..

What a gorgeous dog! My heart is very sad for you. I can’t imagine the pain of your loss. From the slide show Cujo lived a wonderful and loving life with you all and for that I am sure you were incredible grateful for. I wish my words alone could bring comfort to you but we all know that only time with help heal you and your family. Please accept my deepest condolences. Belinda
