Tragedy has struck one of our Members
Heather Woodland recently joined Doodle Kisses, but she and her beautiful doodle Cujo have been well known and loved for some time now on other doodle forums. Tonight Cujo was hit by a car and did not survive the accident. Please leave a note of condolence for her and her family. Leave your thoughts here and not on her profile page as that may fill her email up and she is not ready to talk to everyone at this time. Please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers.

We would like to send a gift to the Woodland family in this time of grief. If you would like to contribute any amount within the next two days, we will use that to purchase a token of our care for them. `````UPDATE--we have raised a sufficient amount to do something nice for the Woodlands. Below is her slide show and I'm including it as a tribute to her much loved doodle, Cujo.
He was gorgeous, patient, awesome with her kids and an important part of the family. Heather's youngest daughter and Cujo were best of friends.

O Heather... I'm so so sorry for this big lost... Cannot image how these days will be for you and your family and if I try to, I can only break into tears... We wish you a lot of strenght and hope you may feel the spirit of your beautiful and precious Cujo with you...

Dear Heather,
I had lost a beloved pet to this type of accident too and I have so much empathy. Aurora, Dakota and I send our love, respect and wishes for peace to you and your family. Heather and Family,
It is clear that Cujo brought your family much joy! But take comfort in knowing that your family also filled his life with joy and love, and that is all any creature on this earth can ask for.

I am so sorry for your loss, there are no words I can find except that time will heal. I had this same tragedy happen last year and that's when I found labradoodles..................remember all the great times.

Heather,
We were so saddened at the news about Cujo. What an awesome dood. And we feel so lost expressing comfort as the suddenness of loss, leaves loved ones in such a state of disbelief. Always remember that Cujo is at the rainbow bridge. His spirit will patiently wait for you and others in your family. Never forget that he took all of the love and joy you shared, with him. Shaman, Niecie, Joe and I will pray for comfort for you and your family. We are so, so sorry.

I am so sorry to hear about Cujo. I can tell from your photos that he was much loved and an intregal part of your family. What a beautiful dog. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss.
