I cook a mixture of London Broil Beef, Yams and Carrots in a crock pot and have been running the mixture through a Cuisinart Food Processor to make my dog food.   I don't know what model but, it is several years old.

The processor works quite well but, the big chore is cleaning the darn thing.  The processing bowl is in several parts and is just a "bear-cat" to clean.

Enter my new Ninja 1100.  I have been using the small bowl for making shakes and I loved using it.  I especially liked the fact that it cleans up quite easily.  I decided to use the large container for processing my dog food.  Whoo Hoo!  It not only does a better and quicker job than the Cuisinart but, cleaning is a snap.  This is the way I will process my dog food from now on.

By the way, I have used this for several other small jobs for which I usually selected the Cuisinart.  We had some catfish left over the other day and I slipped the fish in the small Ninja container to chop it for the poochies and it did a far better chopping job than the Cuisinart and the clean-up was a breeze...
