Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
I am in need of being distracted and keeping busy.... I have netflix and the ability to download just about any book that is available...
I can't get out and drive on my own right now so I can't get to the library or things like that..... I am bored in between treatments and I was wondering what your favorite dog book or movie was.
I read the Temple Grandin (spelling sorry) Animals make us human and it was interesting. Since I am about all things Jack I would love to watch a good movie and read some books.... Educational books, training books, food books, novels but for the love of God do not recommend Hachi that movie almost put me in respiratory failure I cried so hard.. LOL
Thanks for any ideas.......I tried to look on the internet about raw feeding as I am doing that and I found some groups but apparently since I am doing commercial raw and ground I am "not doing it right so I am not accepted" Seriously.. that is funny.... truly.......

A Dog's Purpose, by W. Bruce Cameron and then A Dog's Journey! I had already read the first one when Sophie died, and someone suggested to me that I read the second, which I did when we went to the beach shortly after. I loved both books.
Also, not sure about your library but our library has a program where we can download Nook books online. You might check that out. It is Free.
My favorite dog movie ever is, My Dog Skip. I will warn you it makes me cry every single time. My favorite dog book is from when I was a kid, Where the Red Fern Grows.
Where the Red Fern Grows has always been a favorite of mine! And of course Benji!
How is that even possible?! You can buy it at Target for I think 5 bucks. It includes Benji, For the Love of Benji and Benji:Off the leash. The original Benji is my absolute favorite! and of coarse they say that Benji was a Golden mix breed. Not sure mix of what but he's half a Doodle!
