Thanks so much everyone.  I didn't do this with Corel.  I just took the photo and then worked in Photoshop.  I actually have stopped using Corel now that I've learned how to get the effects I want in Photoshop.  I just applied an Oil Painting Filter (PS6), and I like it even better.
