Costume Ideas for little girl and doodle?

Looking for easy to make costume ideas for a little girl and a big doodle.  The little girl would prefer to be a princess.

In Australia, the professional stage show of 'Annie' the role of Sandy was played by a Groodle..(goldendoodle).

My best friend and I dressed up her little girl as Belle from Beauty and the Beast... and Brinkley was the beast.  I just got a blue shirt from a thrift store; some yellow ribbon and ironed on the ribbon with no-sew stitch witchery tape.

OHhhh I want to see more photos!  Angles, sides!  What size tee shirt did you use and did he wear it the same way as a person would (i.e. neck through neck hole)?

He did where it like a person- paws through the arm holes and neck through the neck hole. It was a women's satin large. It was a little baggy but I wanted enough material to cut the coat tails on his back (I just trimmed up the bottom (under his tummy) so he wasn't tripping on it. I'll see if I have any other photos today :)
