Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

I remember comparing wavy coats with a few of you months ago and thought I'd show an updated picture - we LOVE Griffin's fluff!  At first I was disappointed he didn't get really curly but now I wouldn't have him any other way and think he's the cutest - cross between a sheep (his legs) and a polar bear (feet) and just a curly floppy mess everywhere else :-)

Oh and I love to spike up the hair on the top of his head lol!

Would love to see updated pics of other wavy coats :-)

I love that part too. They just LOOK happy and friendly and lovable :-)  (even if we know they can act like rotten stinkers lol)

I love the wavy coat.  All goldendoodle coats are adorable, but Sophie has the wavy coat and we think she looks like a loved teddy bear stuffed animal!!!!!   Griffin is PRECIOUS!

So true! Sophie is adorable :-)

I've had people tell me photos of Griffin look like a big stuffed dog instead of a real dog lol!

I love Griifin's coat.  The straight, muppet coat is actually the one I like best.

It is now my fav as well and I'd never even seen pics of it before Griffin grew his in!  Most pics I saw online were curly or very trimmed I guess.

Here is Leo, 9 weeks, he definitely does not have a curly coat, it's almost like cotton or wool.... and I am dying to know how it will grow in!

That's similar to how Griffin looked at 9 weeks :-)

What a cutie! Love his coat :). Do you trim his paws on your own?

We've never trimmed anything except around his eyes so he could see.  Are we supposed to trim paws?  (I truly don't know!)

So funny. My cousin is visiting from texas today and literally just called my Bay a muppet! I took no offense. She does. Love your dood. So cute.

LOL I guess they really do look like muppets.  I think it is awesome :-)

He's adorable! I think he looks a lot like my Nimbus. I wanted that shaggy, messy look.
