"Thankful" November: What are you thankful for regarding your doodle?

Since its the month to be thankful I thought I would ask what does/do your doodle(s) bring into your life that you are thankful for? Post as often as you wish. Pictures would be cool too.

 

I'm thankful that our doodles are sweet friends to my kids.  After years of medical treatment for both of our kids, its wonderful seeing the doods romp and snuggle with the kiddos. They seem to know what the kids need instinctively and they have gotten the kids to start moving when it was hard to get them off the couch!

I am thankful that such a sweet puppy found us.

I've been wanting a dog for myself, but also for my DH because I knew he would
enjoy having a doodle be a part of our lives as much as I would. It did take some convincing to
make it happen though, but I was sure that having a puppy around would lift DH's spirits.

Well Yogi's been here with us for a week now. I've overheard DH saying to Yogi several times, I love you.
Tonight he said he couldn't believe how fast we've become attached to him.

So I'm thankful for our Yogi!

Yes, as cute as can be!  What a sweetheart.  Who could not say "I love you" to such a trusting, beautiful creature like Yogi.  Sweet sweet.

Beautiful story Jenn. Bay came to our family at a much needed time when our family had suffered a terrible loss. My daughters best friend, who was part of our family, had passed away. The joy, smiles and laughter that followed with this clown is just what the doctor ordered. I feel blessed and thankful every day for her in our lives!
