I was a nervous wreck all day today. Dropped off Enzo at 7 am this morning for her spay. Vet was awesome! Called me after her bloodwork came back to tell me all was great. And then called me again when the surgery was done. All went well.
Picked her up around 4pm. LOL. She came bounding out, just like she went I ! Didn't appear to slow her down on the least. She was NOT thrilled with the "cone do shame". She is resting comfortably now...sound asleep, sans cone. Guess I will have to put it back on for the night. Keeping her quiet for the next 2 weeks will be fun! ;). Sure glad THAT is over with!

How old is she? I think I'm going to take Nimbus at 5 to 5 1/2 months.
Helga: she is 5 months. I was very surprised to find that they highly recommended it BEFORE 6 months. I called around to several Vets to poll them all. ;). My Vet also charged more over 6 months, over 1 year and so on. Also by weight.

That's good to know. I am going to call the Simi Valley place. It's supposed to be cheaper, and my vet recommends it, too.

Sounds like you could use a drink:)  Hugs to Enzo! Sounds like she doing well!

LOL...you can say that again! Had me some Bailey's once she settled down!
So happy that Enzo came through her spay with flying colors.

Glad to hear that everything went well!

She had a restless nights sleep, but only because of the cone. She just couldn't get comfortable with it on. She wants to play this morning, but still wants to luck those stitches. Trying to keep her calm......

Here she is last night....so very pathetic!  She hates the cone!

Oh sweet, pitiful girl!
