Talk about Ticked off!

Hate them!  I have had to pull several off of Quincy lately, despite Frontline Plus.  But the other night beat that hands down--I was brushing him, in my bed, and a big fat tick landed on the sheets!  I screamed and Quincy jumped and - oh s**t!  where did it go?  

I figured it was a good thing my son is in Florida because I was headed into his room and tick free bed to sleep, for sure.  Luckily the DH found the darn thing and quished it.  

I am hoping our recent cold snap takes care of them for a few months.

I haven't had problems, but my daughter was just telling me that her dogs have been covered with ticks over the past couple of weeks in spite of the Frontline.  They are such disgusting and dangerous creatures....unfortunately it has to get REAL cold for them to be gone.  In CT you're not totally safe until January.

Oh ugh. I would die. Havent seen any yet here. We use k9 advantix II and so far...knock wood, no ticks. Our shepherd had them alot and we may have been using frontline then. Maybe try another in spring?

Gross!  I would be looking at a HOTEL!  My boys had snakes as they were growing up.  They knew NEVER to tell me when they got loose or it would be the last time they ever saw a snake - or even that house!
