I have a feeling Luna is always top 50.
What I find weird is my DH has a cousin who named their daughter Luna... it's more of a dog name to me!

I think the name Luna must have soared in popularity due to the Harry Potter books & movies, and the Luna Lovegood character. How old is your cousin's daughter?
I wonder if people are naming babies Hermione now, too. LOL

Pretty sure I saw on the Aug. birth board I belong to someone named their kid Khaleesi after a game of thrones character...

Years ago I knew a family whose last name was Luna. One of their daughters was named Echo which I think would make a cute dog name! :)

I'm totally not surprised that Daisy is super popular. There were 5 people in my family trying to pick a name for her when we got her 10 years ago. Daisy was the only name we could all agree on! haha I actually think her name is funny because the name Daisy seems so girly and nice, but our Daisy is cranky and mischievous.
Blackjack, again was a name we could all agree on. I can't imagine him with any other name.

So, as I stated before, my pup's name's not on the list, however, my friend just told me that her son, who is preschool, nominated that their classroom fish be named Salvador. His class voted on all the names and Salvador won out!! Salvador is on the rise! 2 pets named that now!!
