Nothing to do with all that Snow, but built a Snowman!!

Today, Laurie, Fudge and Vern, built an awesome snowman. The amazing thing was we built it inside our house. I actually could have used all the snow I got off of them each and every time they came in and out of the house. It was a long day, since we couldn't get out to the park to walk. Vern is not a stay at home dog. He likes to go, go, go, much to Fudge and my dismay. We would have preferred to watch a Hallmark movie. The pictures are not great and shows all my Christmas crap stuff.  I actually copied this snowman from a Pier One ad and thought it came out pretty cute, especially since I am the least crafty person I know.

Vern seemed to really like his new friend, which was surprising, since he spent most of the day barking at NOTHING. Please, Lord, let me get out of my house tomorrow :)

Somehow I never thought of you as a "crafter", Laurie....next you'll be asking John to build you a "craft room".  I think the whole "door decorating" competitiont got you into this.  The snowman really is very cute...and it's a perfect indoor backdrop for your F & V photos.

Laurie, I loved your snowman!!!..And u are not the least crafty person, I am, I can't even sew a button straight, I am not artistic, and I am a threat with a glue gun...I can knit, but that is it, and I need instructions for that, lol, but I don't think I could do a snowman like that. And I loved the pictures..thanks for sharing..Oh by the way, there were some very good Christmas movies on Hallmark yesterday afternoon here. I watched 3 of them.  It doesn't feel like Christmas here, it is 83 degrees right now and sunny..Certainly not Christmas weather, but I will take it...Cheryl

Wow, Laurie, that first picture looked like an ad out of a magazine. I thought you were kidding that you had made it... I'm very impressed! I also thought it was only about 5" tall before seeing the other pictures! Very cute... the ones with Vern and Fudge could be Christmas card pictures.

Thanks, Debb. He probably is only 5 feet tall, but looks bigger because he is wide :) He is a chubby snowman.
