What shape is your 'doods tail?

I'm curious on where Zoe's tail shape comes from - the poodle or GR side?  She's an F1B and has this super curlie-cue tail like an @ sign.  I love it -but when I've seen other doodles, they don't seem to be as curly.  Poodle tails seem to be much longer and straighter.  What do your 'doods tails look like?

Luna has a retriever tail.  She usually has it at "half mast" like this :)  She's a very submissive dog, don't know if that has something to do with it.

Madiba is docked so I will never know.  I actually prefer it this way, she has a stump and when she is happy she shakes her stump and her entire butt.  I know it's probably cruel to do this but she came docked.

Dunbar carries his tail constantly as an @ sign - it is such a tight curl that the hair on his back is rubbed flat :)  He definitely has that Doodle Butt.

lol - looks like zoe from the back! i love his but.  we're taking zoe to the groomer for the first time this friday (after a couple of disastrous butchering we did to her ourselves), and hopefully she'll look similar to Dunbar.

I am sure that Zoe will look beautiful.  Dunbar dislikes the groomer, but dislikes me clipping him even more - I have to keep him with short hair because of his distaste for any comb or brush that dares to come near his body.   He is always showing off his little teddy bear butt to whomever will look at it :o)

I hope my puppy's tail fills out more. But so far she has a little rat tail.

She's an F1b. Her mom is an F1 and has a very curly poodle coat. Her dad is a poodle. Her litter mates had very full coats Some very curly and poodle like and some just thick and more straight. She has a very sparse slightly shedding coat on her torso and looks like she will have the permanent bedhead look. Still cute. I think I'll keep her.
