Does anyone have a recommendation of a doggie mat that does a good job in catching some of the mud and water off of doggie paws?

this is not a mat...but I use the paw plunger... you can google it.. it looks like a big coffee mug with bristles inside..i fill it with warm soapy water.. dunk midas feet and then dry them..it works wonders! hope this helps! :)

Wow, this looks great.  Which size did you purchase for your pup?

We use old fashioned towels.  Gavin know when he comes in it is down/stay time on the towel in the kitchen until he is dry and then the dirt seems to fall out.

I use a bucket, water and old towels.

I too use a bucket of water and towel.  This is done on the back porch before coming into the house.

To dry i found a microfiber dog towel at bed bath & beyond. Works great. Big enough to dry two at once :)
My perfect dog was taught to actually wipe his paws, by himself, at the door.
He has manners!
No, not really. I wish. I buy cheap rugs at the discount store each year and throw them out as needed.
There is no magic for muddy paws
