January Florida Romp

Hey everyone we need to get started figuring out who all wants to get together.  We will be in Florida during January and know we are getting together with Lori and Elizabeth.  Were hoping to meet Carol and Banjo also but don't think they will be down till February.  We are available to get together either in Flagler or the Jacksonville area or whatever works with everyone.  So, if you are in Florida and would like to try and meet up let us know and Lori, Elizabeth and I will try and figure out something that works for everyone.  Even if we can't get everyone together at the same time DH and I are pretty flexible and can make arrangements to meet with others as well.  Just let us know.  Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

Hi guys!  I have made my plans to come up to Dog Wood Park to join in the doodle fun on Saturday!  We will get there about 1:30 and if the "party" starts without us, no worries,  we will catch up when we arrive!  Looking forward to seeing you all real soon!!

I think we'll be making the drive up from Daytona on Saturday! Can't wait to meet some new doodles :) Forgive me if I missed this, but will we be meeting in the big park or in the smaller event space?

Also, for non-members, do we need to bring proof of vaccinations or is that only required for membership?

Hey Jen -- I just sent you a friend request so we can swap cell numbers in the event anyone mis connects on Saturday.  I'm guessing we will start around 1:00 but will post definite time a little later this week.  We should probably try and all meet in the parking lot area as it will be a little easier.  I'm guessing we will be in the big part of the park.  I just went and checked out your doods.  This is going to be funny as we will have two Daphne's, two Lucy's and two Bailey's!

Ok! Thanks! :) We will definitely try to make it up there by 1. We used to be members when we lived in Jacksonville (and only had one pup) so I'm pretty familiar with the park. I just don't know how strict they'll be about vaccination records so I want to make sure I have everything I need before I make the drive up there :)

They don't require that you show proof of shots but will ask you to sign a waiver.  Can't wait to meet you and your doodles..

I checked with Gail this morning and am now waiting on a response from Dane and Joyce.  Gail is flexible even if we wait until Saturday morning to make the decision.  I'll let you know what he has to say.
