Welcome to Doodle Kisses. Basically every time you post something etc. you get points. It doesn't mean much but after you get enough you become a Hopeless Doodle Addict and eventually get a turn at possessing the HDA award. You can search a bit and find some discussions but here' San explanation of the levels.
