Ran across these cute little sweeties today when browsing my facebook. I sure hope they find their furrever loving home soon! Wish I could adopt them myself.

It makes me absolutely sick that these two seniors (they are 11 and 13 years old) find themselves without a home at this point in their lives. I'm sure that their ages and the fact that they must be adopted together is what has kept potential adopters away. I hope there is someone out there willing to give them a loving home for their remaining years.
It breaks my heart. I wish I could take them both, but we aren't at the point that we can adopt right now. Maybe I can help by getting the word out :(
Thank you for trying to help them, Michelle. At least they are with a very good private rescue group and didn't get dumped in a county kill shelter.
My prayers will be with these two adorable dogs...please someone find it in your heart to give them a home...sending positive, hopeful thoughts...
Why does this happen? I mean who would give up their dogs at that age? It makes me so sad to see any animal without a home. :(
Sometimes there is a death or severe 'life event' that makes one unable to continue to care for pets, and there is no family member able or willing to step up. Sometimes, owners just want to dump a dog or dogs that no longer fit into their lifestyle or are getting older, or they are too selfish to adapt to the dog's needs.
It makes me so sad to see
I hope by getting the word out someone will take them in... Who knows the story behind this but it is so sad...
Very cute--hope they get adopted soon!
Breaks my heart when I see any dog but especially senior dogs looking for new homes. I hope this cute duo finds a great family so they can find peace.
