Beautiful Carol! Almost like the cover page on a card.
Thank you J.
Oh you really have done a great job with textures in these photos. I love them all.
Thanks DJ....there lots of fun.
Bumble bees and chives... two of my favorite things!
I love them too Deb. Something about both reminds me of my childhood.
Carol, these are stunning! You've mastered the textures--and look at the great light in the last one!
These are really beautiful Carol!
Carol, these are gorgeous!!
Hodgepodge indeed. Here is the tale of our afternoon after the monsoon. We were outjust out for a bit after an emergency replacement of my sump pump, TMI I know.
My new tulips called out my inner DJ.
My lone surviving but thriving rhubarb plant called out my inner Donna. One year it had the most bodacious, Laurie will yell at me for that word, flower. And sure enough, it's planning to do so again.
The almost finished flowering plum pleased me
The pink dogwood is just getting started
The snapdragons and some new perennials await planting but after the deluge the ground will be soft.
But Luca ended the day. The fence was taken down from the disused vegetable garden because I was afraid Calla might impale herself jumining in and out. And there really was no need for it. But Luca ended our outing by going on a hunt for what turned out to be the second snake of the season, in there. I believe the snake escaped unscathed, Luca is a cowardly hunter and kept jumping back but now he is in his crate since he did not listen : (
Yikes! Sorry about the sump pump....when it rains it pours! Each of these shots just got better and better F.
