HAHA! YUP!, that's true here too!
Oh, Nancy! These pics of Ned are hilarious! He's creating his own spa day!
Mine don't like the rain, which is good because I'm not a fan of soggy doodles in the house, either. :) Eloise will do her business in the rain if she has to, but (thankfully) she tiptoes around any puddles. Beasley will pee in the rain, but will not do the other. She hates the wet grass...and that means during the rain, 12 hours after the rain has stopped and the grass is still wet, and plain old morning dew. Hates it all! She puts her brakes on when I try to lead her into the grass. It's a good thing the girl often only goes poo once a day - because she makes herself hold it quite often!
I haven't had Duffy that long but I already know he's going to be a wet dog. The second day home it was raining and I was worried it would hamper the potty training but it didn't seem to phase him one bit and he found every puddle he could to jump in.
I do know he's not real happy with the dryer after a bath.
Since she was a tiny puppy, Belle has loved the rain. She does her best loose leash walking in the rain. Unfortunately an open umbrella totally freaks her out, so we just enjoy the rain and slosh home looking like a couple of wet mops. A strong wind, however, whether wet or dry, is another story. She is so small, I think she is afraid I won't be able to hold on to the leash and she will blow away. When we go outside, she holds her head up high and if her hair blows too much in the wind, she huddles by the door until we go inside and she uses Honey's piddle pad. She is such an entertaining doodle - I never know quite what to expect from her.
Finn is no fan of rain. Loves the snow though.
