Urgent! Missing Goldendoodle

Hi everybody,

A goldendoodle in my neighborhood is missing/was stolen from his home. His name is Kramer and he was abducted from Venice, California (and perhaps sold). Here is the flyer and you can google his name and find more information about this cute doodle all over the Internet (even Perez Hilton dedicated an article to this cute pooch). He's been missing for about a month, so keep an eye out for him if you can! Thanks!

There are apparently some who think this is a scam--not sure of the details and I do not know why they think that...is this the dog that was an emotional support dog? But if it is in your neighborhood and you know the people, than it must be true!

Yeah, I believe he was a service dog. I'd be surprised if this was a scam, hopefully it's not!

I saw this on FB.  The details about the petsitter returning him in the wee hours of the morning to house guests who were asleep and then noticed him missing confused me, honestly.  But I hope that he's found.  It must be a terribly sad situation.

I could be totally wrong, but I believe he might have been sold for breeding purposes. He wasn't neutered and there are so many money hungry people (especially here in LA), that maybe someone saw an opportunity to use him as a stud. My friend's dog was sold as a stud, and luckily she was able to find him. I just hope that wherever he is, he's being taken care of and gets home soon!

I am so very saddened by the thought that anyone would consider the nightmare that our family has been going through since our dear Kramer was taken to be a hoax. I can see why the details of how he went missing could cause suspicion because you are right they just don't make any sense. But we have realized that standing around finger pointing when key people in the case are saying nothing even to the detectives in the case, is doing nothing to bring Kramer back to us. Our family is so very thankful to each and every person who has been supportive in so many ways to us in this most difficult time. I ask you please don't discredit all of their efforts as well as our family by starting such a vicious and harmful rumor that this is a hoax. Sincerely,
