 2nd update on my calendar order.  Called again today December 7th when I followed my tracking number and saw the calendars still were not shipped out.  The first time I called, November 29th, they told me my order was "stuck" but assured me they would get right on it and get my calendars shipped...before Christmas I hope?

Well, today I called again after looking at my tracking and I see they still have not been shipped.  The person that answered ... finally...checked my order and told me these calendars were going to be shipped and they put a "911" on them for expediting.  So...I ask how long is there time frame for "911 expiditing"...So, she put me on hold to check.  When she came back on the phone, she said, I'm sorry, those wall calendars are "OUT OF STOCK" and they will gladly refund my money.  Exasperated I asked to speak to the supervisor.  The supervisor told me she did not understand why these calendars had not shipped and she would look into it...(more on hold time)...back on phone..."I will go right down to the shipping department and find out what the hold up is...there should be no problem with this order.  I will make it right by you for having to wait."

Anyway,...the "supervisor" was supposed to call me back in "about an hour"...the department closes at 4:30pm...well, it's 4:30 pm here in Michigan...not sure where Cafe Press is located.

NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!

I am really confused as what I can do....I ordered my calendars Nov. 6th.  Seven of them.  Anyone have an idea?

Sadly I would advise you to call again. Ask them to cancel that order. Then I would try again. This is all very peculiar.

I am sorry you are having such a problem.  In my past dealings with Cafe Press, I have had prompt service on corrections.

Yes, I will try to call them again tomorrow.  I have to work every day, and they put you on hold...or you have a choice to have them call you back.  Sometimes I am not able to answer my phone at work.  We are celebrating our family Christmas this weekend so I am just really bummed.  

If you prefer, send me an email with all your order details, what happened, dates of your calls and results and I can try to address it with them!  I'm on the west coast.  Don't give me private info like CC numbers or anything.  Hopefully they have all that recorded and don't need that data again.

And I'm really sorry about the bad service!!!  I wish it wasn't so out of my hands beyond contacting them myself.

I will try to reach them again today...if no luck I will e-mail you the information.  Thanks Adina...of all the items I ordered this year, this was the ONLY one I didn't think I would have trouble with being delivered. Ha Ha :(

Oh wow! Im so sorry! "OUT OF STOCK" is not something I even thought was possible. Im sure you will get them...but when?? So Sorry!

I don't think they were really out of stock...I had my order in November 6th.  They didn't understand when I said NO, I DO NOT WANT A REFUND & a coupon for 40% off on future orders!!!!  NOT FuNNY...in this case anyway. I'll try them again tomorrow.

I am so sorry to hear about this issue--something has gone horribly wrong! I ordered my calendar just a few days ago--and I ordered another item at the same time--I got an email that they both shipped but there was a tracking number for the other item and none for the calendar. It will be interesting to see if the calendar ever gets here....definitely call again! Tell them that THOUSANDS of Doodlekisses website members will hear about this if you are not satisfied!

OMG Joani, that stinks! I hope they do find a way to get those to you. Well, if for some dumb reason they really screwed up and you end up with NO calendar, I'll be willing to part with mine (Goldendoodle one) and give it to you. Cooper is not in the calendar so I know it means more for you to have it. Good luck tomorrow!

Here's an update...The company did not call me back, but today they sent me an e-mail telling me the calendars have been shipped.  No arrival date.

Let's hope they sent them overnight so that you get them in time for your family party this weekend.
