Apparently we don't water Oski enough because once the water turns off, he comes trotting into the bathroom & stands patiently in front of the shower door waiting for us to step out so he can lick the water off our knees & toes. The DH must taste better than I do because Oski not only licks his knees & toes but also waits for him to sit down to put his socks on so that he can lick Jason's wet hair, LOL! So is this a doodle-thing or an Oski-thing?

Actually when I take a bath in the tub, Max always bangs his way in and likes to eat the bubbles and drink the water from my shoulder...I remember when baths were for relaxing!! LOL
yes! when kensi hears the water turn on she races into the bathroom and pushes the curtain aside to get her face into the water! I have to close her out of the bathroom when I am in the shower or she will try to get in haha.
I had a hilarious bathing experience just this past week: I was babysitting my friends' two goldendoodles at their condo for a few days. They have a huge jacuzzi bathtub, that they told me to enjoy. The three (their two and mine) golden doodles placed their heads on the side of the tub while I was enjoying my bubblebath, and their chins on the marble ledge on the side, all lined up! It was a total scream!! I wish I could've caught it on camera. Never saw anything so adorable in my life.
I would have had "performance anxiety" with all those doods watching me, LOL! These dogs are so funny :)
Oh yes! Jordan will lay on the bath mat, or my clothes. When I step out she will try to lick me.She knows "no lick".
Now she has our cat MJ in there.MJ does not do much but if I don't let her in and Jordan is in there.Mj goes to town on the door.
Payton will not step one paw in there....bad things happen in the bathroom.BATHS!!
My 17 week old puppy will do the same thing. I keep her in the bathroom with me when I'm showering so I know what she's doing. When we get out of the shower she tries licking us also. And will lick the doors around the shower.
Ramen sticks her head in the shower and watches, or lays right next to the tub and waits for you to get out. She doesn't really lick the water, but she likes to be around it.
Just be careful, the vet warned that the bathroom air may cause ear infections in your precious floppy doodle ears.
Yes! Loves to help dry you off after showers. Our house is 25 yrs old and our bathroom is next on the list to be updated. But in the mean time... the catch on the shower door is pretty well gone. It only takes a light tap for the door to open. There has been more than one time while I have been rinsing the soap out of my hair and eyes that I have heard a click, felt a draft and Harlow's in the shower with me.
Cagney likes to stick his head inside the shower curtain to watch... very unnerving... he can't wait to get inside the bathroom when he knows the shower will go on... when my youngest takes a bath he wants to get in the tub too... after the water is drained he hops in...
Gracie Doodle comes right into the bathroom with us when we take showers. This is her waiting for the DH to come out of the shower!!!!!

How adorable. I wish Oski still did the frog pose! :)
