2018 Calendar potential submissions

Looking for some expert eyes to help weed out photos that are not worthy for submission to the 2018 Calendar.  Please critique and I welcome any suggestions to improve through lighting, cropping, etc.  So, I am hearing through the "grapevine" that some members are willing to help with editing.  They do such a great job and are giving of their time and expertise...so take advantage if you need them.Thank you for your patience and your opinion is valued.

I really like this but I think Vern needs to stand out from the snow just a bit more. Of course, I'm waiting for new glasses so lots of things are a blur.
