Does anyone else have a sneezing doodle? Whopper is almost 6 months old and about 2 weeks ago we noticed her sneezing more than the occasional sneeze she's done since a puppy. We thought our house might be a little dusty so now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Whopper has taken to sneezing more outside. We know she's not sick as she was spayed on Friday and had bloodwork done before to make sure she was healthy. She doesn't seem to itch or scratch anywhere excessively, her skin and everything is good and she has loads of energy (aside from having just been spayed) so it's really just sneezing as the issue. We're assuming it's the fact that spring is on its way but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else has a sneezing doodle with no other signs of any problems.

It's probably just the pollen. Last spring, my doodle used to sneeze several times in a row, and the vet said that it was probably because of the pollen intake esp. since he sniffs EVERYTHING outside. The sneezing subsided in the fall and winter, but I've noticed that it's picking up again. I haven't heard of any health issues associated with sneezing but would be interested in hearing about any from others.
Hi my doodle Nougat sneezes alot mainly in the evening and it doesnt seem to be associated with going for a walk , food or air freshener. I did mention it to our vet the last time as Nugs was also scratching hose muzzle alot aswell, mt vet said it may well be an allergy due to the time of year. I am now considering trying homeopathy for the allergy as it will not do any harm if not an allergy. I had a cavalier years back who suffered from a hayfever type of allergy and homeopathy helped alot.
hope Whopper stops sneezing soon!!

Lucy is always sneezing. She has done that for a long time. I really have never thought anything about it. She just sneezes.
My 6 month old has been sneezing a lot the last week or so. As it is finally turning to spring here in the NE, I am assuming it is some form of doggy hay fever .... I have seen suggestions for Benadryl but was wondering if there is a non-sedating substitute. It seems like overkill to drug Cocoa to deal with some sneezing even though it does seem to bother her a bit.
