We are getting a sister for Motta to play with! Any advise or name ideas?

The breeder knew I was interested in a playmate if she would reduce the price and she finially did for us. We got Motta at 7 weeks but Now the litter turns 10 weeks tomorrow and I am going to get her tomorrow morning !! I am excited and scared all at the same time!! I know 2 puppies will be challenging.... I hope we are up for the challenge.

Any advise? Also... we need a girls name. Motta is a city I lived in in Sicily It when I was in the Navy. So a girls name... It can't be a human name either.

Or Zinnie? I saw another pup on here named Fenway. Fennie? Siggie? (For NAS Sigonella) Mala for Malta? too close to Motta?

I had a Storm and a Thor name sounds were too similar. Tongue twister for me. How about Siccie (Cissie) or Sici ( Cici) for Sicily.

Keeping with the Sicily town theme, Alia or Calabria would both make pretty names, you can shorten Calabria to Cala. I named both mine with H's and it gets confusing at times with them both, that now I wish I had named Honey something different.

Well, Motta and Miley are home :) they are working out the pecking order as we speak! Miley is trying to figure the house and yard out too. She's very cute. Red and curly where Motta is more mocha and wavy.

I will post pic's tomorrow. I drove 8 hours round trip to go get her and I had to be at a restaurant for dinner with my MIL at 3 pm.... UGH! I had to wash Miley and get her cleaned up and left Motta and Miley in the same cage for 3 hours alone. They were perfect. They ran and played and now are sleeping. I actually just did my first trip job on their noses next to their eyes. The hair was just too long. It's not perfect but hopefully not too bad either. Next I need to get clippers and do their feet! I need to figure out what clippers to get :)

Miley... yes, We think she really is a Miley. She's so sweet sleeping in the crate!

I was taking Motta to work with me and now tomorrow I will try to bring both to work!! Wish us luck!! I hope they are good so I can continue to take them and the boss doesn't get mad!

Motta and Miley sound perfect together. They will be the best of friends and have a blast growing up together. Good luck with work together. Yesterday is always harder than today and tomorrow is easier. :o)

Well, I was going to suggest that you find out what the name of the sister city for Motta might be.....but you have already named her.....Miley is cute! How fun and exhausting the two of them must be! Did it seem like they new they were back together....or just excited to be with another doodle?

Motta was crazy to see her. For Miley since she has just left her mellow sisters... Crazy Motta was a little too much for her! Motta still won't leave her alone. Always biting and jumping on her! Will it ever stop?
