Costumes for Doodles

So my vet's office is have a Halloween party with doggie treats and prizes for best costumes this year. I really want to take Lizzie, but I am needing some inspiration. I don't have a lot of money, but figured this would be a great place to get some ideas! My best idea so far is to dress her up as a doctor (I can get a plastic stethoscope from work) and put the vet's name on a name tag for her?? Figured I could wear my scrubs a be a nurse (since I am one!). What are you all doing this year? Or do you have any great ideas from last year that I can recycle?

Bear is going to be a bumble bee. A cute fuzzy bumble bee. :)

I do an Angel and a devil for my doods. It was not very expensive and they don't mind the costume on for long periods of time as they are not too constricting.

Just bought Chewie a devil custume at PetSmart yesterday...they are 50% off...final price under $8. My granddaughters are so excited to take him trick or treating!

I bought a shirt (much like a sweater for dogs but thin) that has spider webs all over it for $4.99. Then I got a couple bows for her hair that are black and orange. Just enought to show off some halloween spirit!

Lilly is going to be a pumpkin. It was $3.99 at a Christmas tree shop. It is made for a small child. :)

That is a great idea! He does look like a beanie baby already and that way he doesn't have to wear clothes! I don't know how Lizzie will do in a costume, I've never dressed her up before. She does fine wearing her life jacket though, so maybe there's hope!
