Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum

It would be fun to hear what other people call their doodles (besides their regular name). Terms of endearment, like "honey" or "sweetheart". When Muppet is being snuggly, we call him "cuddle-bug". When he's wet from swimming or taking a bath, we'll call him "mop-head". And when he tickles me and makes me laugh, he's my "giggle-maker". But sometimes when he's misbehaving, we call him things that aren't so nice (you can imagine the expletives, but I can't write them here!)

What are some of the nick-names you've given your doodle (good or bad)?
And share why if there's a story or a reason.

Here's mine:
Jackdoodle is also known as:
Dozer, Dozer-doh
Doodle-doo
Boze, Bozie, Bozer
Big Fuzz
Sugar Bear
Ned is often called Noodle, Noodlicious, Nerd, Nedlinger.
When Luah seems to have the "princess mentality" I call her:
Fancy Pants
Cutie Petutie

On normal occasions we call her:
Lulu, Louie, Lu, Lucifer (on her really bad days lol)

Now that I am waiting for a new puppy I have gone through the name gambit. I like to pick a name that I can shorten into a lot of other similar ones. Luah worked out wonderfully. My new pup's name will be Sydney and I guess the only short version will be Syd but I bet we'll come up with other ones as time goes by!
As they both were growing up...Hannah and Honey thought their name's were ....

Of course what rhymes with Hannah the most....Banana, her term of endearment is "My Sweetie Girl"? As for Honey, her name is already a term of endearment however it does not fit her overall character. When she first came home...she was a very "Scardy Dog" but she quickly grew into "Shreky the Shredder" because she could destroy paper, money, credit cards, pens, just about anything of value in two seconds flat. Was even considering hiring her out as a portable shredder, she always left proof of a job well done. In the last several months Honey has really changed and stopped shredding things, it's like it's no longer any fun for her, and I'm glad to cause I don't have to clean up the mess anymore. So now her nickname is slowly changing again and we have added Honey Bunny to the list. They both also have been called Miss Hannah and Miss Honey, since my first Rottweiler Magic was nicknamed... MissMagic.
