I can't get onto DK from my work computer. This started about a month ago. No matter which way I go onto it by signing on or going through email, the page pops up then freezes like the page hasn't finished downloading. Then a blank page comes up. The time capsule comes on and I can't do anything. When I try to close it a microsoft error message comes on saying the page isn't responding. My computer at home and any other I try is fine.Does anyone know what the problem can be?

I think it must be a software problem with that computer since the site is fine everywhere else. do any other sites freeze up this way? If so , maybe you can find one a little more work related and ask your IT dept. or Help dept., if you have one, to check things out.
I think you're right. Nothing else freezes. It's just weird how it suddenly started happening
Have you cleaned your CACHE? If you haven't the page won't load or loads very slow and then freezes. I'm not a IT person, but this helps me when I have trouble with DK

If you need help or don't know how, I will be glad to give you some simple instructions on how to clean out your CACHE and Temporary files.

Hope to have you back real soon.
Thanks. I can have my husband do it. It's just frustrating because I LOVE this site and look at it periodically thru-out the day. I can do this as I'm my own boss:D Now I have to wait until I come home:(
My work computers block lots of things. They also let me get to doodlekisses site, but the page is "odd" and loads so slowly that I can't actually use it.
See below re: Firefox.
someone must had think you are on doodlekisses too often during work hours.
David once told me he's going to block all my favorite sites so I can't waste time at work, lol

but on the other hand, he also likes to see new pictures from brothers/sisters and hear me telling stories from doodlekisses :)
This happened at about the same time on my home computer. I tried everything and nothing worked. I finally switched from internet explorer to firefox and all seems fine now.
And Firefox is better for lots of other reasons as well, security etc.
Interesting that it happened to you too at the same time. I have a MAC at home and use Firefox. I didn't know I could use it on a PC too. I'm not that good with computer details:) I
ll try it. Thanks
absolutely you can use it on a PC.
Thanks for that information. I did not know this.
