What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
I have a Goldendoodle, name Milly, she will be one in March!
Where did you get your doodle(s)?
Breeder
Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
We always had labs growing up and they were the best dogs, but shed so much! My parents made the switch to a Standard Poodle while I was in college, and she is just the sweetest dog. I didn't want to dive head first in to having a poodle, but really liked the idea of non-shedding. I was leaning more toward a cocker-spaniel/poodle mix (mostly because of size.) but absolutely fell in love with this litter of Goldendoodles. (The parents had a litter 15 months earlier, and they had one of the puppies from that litter at the house, she was a great looking and sized dog!) Needless to say, my pup didn't end up with the curly doodle hair, or the wonderful non-shedding qualities, but I wouldn't trade her for a thing!
What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
Everything, she comes everywhere with me!
Does your doodle(s) shed?
Yes!
Who grooms your doodle(s)?
A friend with a little shop out of her house.
Favorite Doodle Products?
It's a typically not needed in the doodle world, but I love my Furminator (it's a deshedding tool), kong brand tennis balls, "Oh my dog" shampoo and conditioner, blue buffalo lamb and rice puppy food and spectrum coconut oil
Relationship Status:
Single

Milly's puppy pic looks a lot like my Sasha...very golden retriever-ish. Is she 1/2 golden 1/2 doodle? she is absolutely adorable!! Was there a time that she was very straight with no curls or waives, and if so, do you remember when her fur started changing? thanks for the info...Amy
Welcome! This is a great place to share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy! Milly is absolutely adorable. Our rescue didn't end up to be non-shedding either which usually means they don't mat easily - that is a very good thing!
