Gracie is 13 weeks and 30 lbs. Oh my goodness! I'm not sure how I feel about this. ;)

Anyone else have a doodle that weighed in close to Gracie around the same time frame? If so, how big did your doodle mature to?

So, you got a giant too! ;) He's very handsome.
Yes I sure did! And thank you :)

She's beautiful and it does look like you will have a LOT of doodle to love and to love you!

Thanks!

The weight guesstimate formula Debb gave you will get you pretty close, give or take 5 pds usually. There are a few factors such as height as mentioned, or if your dog is a bit on the heavy side or leaner side.  My two were both in the 26-27 pd weight range at 16 weeks and are both 60 pds and have been since about 18 months.  So it was a pretty good formula for us. I do tend to keep them on the lean side and they could both be bigger if I allowed, so some of their weight does depend on our feeding practices as well.

Its fun waiting to see what you end up with, but Gracie does seem to be headed towards the 70# range at least.

She's adorable!

I just weighed Otis. He is 12 weeks old and 21 pounds.
Last week she was 27 lbs. ;)

She is a labradoodle, isn't she.  So give her a few weeks and then figure out using the formula of double the weight at 16 weeks (4 months) and add a few pounds.  Yes, my labradoodle weighed about the same and ended up at 105 pounds as an adult.  He was the best dog I have ever had.  Take a look at my photos and his photos begin on page 7.  He is the large brown labradoodle.  You may need to make a few adjustments, but it is worth it.

I agree. Adjustments will be needed, but they are worth it. I was supposed to get a dog as big or smaller than my yellow lab because of my car and the dog house outside, but that didn't happen. When I took Orwell for a ride to the groomers yesterday, his back brushed against the ceiling of my car and had to duck his head.

I ain't crying about it, though. :P

I did chart and graph both Charlie and Penny's weight.  They were both around 20 pounds at 13 weeks.  I guess the good news is that weight gain starts to slow down at that point.  These pups gain a lot in the first three months and then it plateaus.

Gracie is lovely!

That is good news. :)

Gracie is absolutely adorable!!! Is she an F1?

I didn't track Kona's weight as a puppy, but we swore he was bigger every morning! He weighs 95. He is the sweetest, most gentle dog we have ever known.
