I got to wondering, how often do you bathe your doodle? I know that some people give their dog a bath every six months. Doodles aren't just dogs though, so how often do you bathe your doodle? Huff gets a bath once a week. He just got one yesterday:)

every 4-6 months (6 months if she has been swimming alot as she gets rinsed clean in the river!)

Daisy gets a bath whenever she needs one - like after a play date in the mud or after daycare when she is sporting other dog drool! This could be up to once a week. We use high end shampoo and conditioner so she doesn't get itchy (and never has). She also LOVES the bath or shower - when either one of us go into shower she tries to follow. - ha ha, I don't know about you but I don't want a dog in my shower, even if it is my Daisy.

Malley loves the shower too!!  We have to race to shut the shower door!  She gets a rinse off whenever she needs one and a bath about every two weeks because she needs it.  (or more often due to day care drool also)

Laurie can answer that with ....within 24 hours of the last bath..LOL

Louie...

About once every 6 weeks unless he get's stinky or out in the rain/ mud >

Rooney hates to get wet - so he only gets a bath every 4 weeks.
If I didn't have to pay for someone to do it and didn't mind doing it myself...I'd do it once a week, I really would.  They might not 'need' it for their own social needs, but they live with ME and I would love to have them that clean--at least Rosco's legs and behind and chin.  But...I just can't take the hunching over the bathtub for both dogs and I don't want to pay someone else to do it that often, so...right now it's probably every 2-3 months.
I bath my girls whenever they need it  I don't like to do it too often I worry about drying out their coats too much I ive them a dry shampoo in between baths and a spray of their cologne
We bathe Harper every Sunday. We go to dog parks a lot and on the weekends usually both Saturday and Sunday are busy days outside with Harper. Usually lots of dirt comes off in the shower/bath, so I can't imagine waiting any longer.

When we had a shedding short-haired dog we almost never bathed her because it wasn't necessary.
Ollie gets a bath once every couple of weeks. Sometimes he needs more than that. The longest he's gone without one is 3 weeks.

I bathe my Maltese every Sunday but I can do him in the kitchen sink. When he sees me getting a towel ready he hides under the bed It seems I will be washing two dogs on a Sunday but one will be in the shower ( we have a very large shower with a second hose)  Time to stock up on shampoo and conditioner and detangler in gallon containers I think ; )

I currently use Wahl Dirty Beastie shampoo (which is super) and their conditioner but I haven't yet got a good detangler

every other week.
Quincy only gets a full bath every couple of months and only then because it's been so long. He never smells or feels dirty, his feet and underbelly get washed when needed. He doesn't mind getting a bath and willingly gets in the tub and stands still for his bath, it just takes a long time to rinse all the soap out of him and except for summer it takes him forever to dry. I would bathe him more often if he dried faster.
