I wanted to join this group because we live in northern Utah and we have a long, cold winters with lots of snow, so getting enough activity and exercise during those months is definitely a challenge for us. I posted a discussion in the forum about this topic recently, but it wasn't as helpful as I hoped, so I'm really glad this group was started. Since Guinness is only 8 mos old, I've worried about too much "stair" exercise and the potential impact to his hips. So, I've really limited these games. I may just be too much of a worrier. Does anyone have any input?

Comment by Jaime on November 12, 2009 at 9:15am: On rainy days when I know Penny needs to get some exercise, I grab some treats and practice come from the first floor to the third floor and then back down. We both get exercise! We also practice lots of tricks.
