I would love to add photos of members pups to the page. once i get enough I can make a slideshow for everyone to enjoy! well if you live in AZ and LUV you doodle this is the group for you! can't waqit to get to know your pup and you!

We have ooodles of doodles under our tree. Murphy and Marley are excited about our next Arizona Doodle Romp at Ricks on Jan.9th. They just jump up in the air when we mention it and land in our arms....We're hoping lots of you can join us as it's so fun and we have such a terrific group. Ricks home is at 910 N. We all seemed to like the 10 am start and bringing a dish to share for an early lunch. Bring cameras too because the doodles seem to do the silliest things.

not sure if we replied yet that we are intending on coming to this Saturday's doodle romp. I think we replied before you left the meetup site after the last romp in November.

I've asked all the members of my Meetup.com/Arizona-Doodle-Romp to join us on this site and I hope that they will as there 43 members now. Some of you here are members of both. There is also a Facebook page. Arizona Doodles. Hope to see you on there as well.

Margot, As originally planned I will need to change the sites from Chapparal in Scottsdale and Snedigar in Chandler to "spread the wealth" and make it fair for everyone. I don;t know how many more have to travel north rather than south, so this was the best I can think of. Rick's house is available in N. Mesa again in January and that really is just the best all around, but that will be for everyother month at best. Sorry to those that need to travel, but Chapparall is a good 40 min drive for me too. Anyone have any suggestions to help with locations?

Margot, Mark your calender for the second Sat. of ea month and I hope we will see you and Tuba in Nov. RSVP on Meetup.com when you know your schedule?
Maybe there are enough people who would be interested in meeting up with you on the 17th, who can't make the 10th. Anyone out there???

Allison, I have no real set date in mind and was just re-thinking the 17th. It might be easier for all to remember if I make it something like the second Sat. of ea. month. That works best for Nov and Dec. especially with the holidays. How is Oct 10th?
Then everyone can mark thier calenders for the second sat. ea. month starting with Oct.10. Not sure how hot it still will be in Oct. so I'd like to start early. 8:30 ish??? But I hope others will express thier opinions too before I plan a time.

Well the moving truck and the car left the curb early this morning and hubby and son are on thier way to Chandler Az. Murphy and I will be out there mid-sept and I'll be checking out the dog parks we haven;t been to yet to pick out just the right one for us all to meet. I'll go around the time of day I'd think we'd meet. somewhere between 8-10am I'd imagine. Unless I hear back from everyone otherwise.
I had thought about doing a Holloween Romp, which would be so funny to have them all in some form of costume, but that adds to the stress of first time meetings for some of them. Strange dogs, strange place, "strange" owners, and now put floppy fake ears, a hat and glasses on a doodle and they'd be looking at us like..."Are you kidding me?" So I nixed that idea. But I'm just organizing this, it'll be everyones group... so add your thoughts....
