September/Emma's concerns contribute to why I've not been to Chaparral after hearing similar stories, one involving a dog being bitten by another there which I understand can happen anywhere. Even so, since I've not been there myself, I can't weigh in one way or another but I do know S'dale offers two other off-leash parks: Horizon and Vista del Comino. Perhaps those may be considered at some time as alternatives. Anxious to hear what others have to say about Chaparral.

Emma and I will have to skip Chaparral park...I'm not too fond of it. It smells and Emma gets sick everytime she's been there. (not sure why unfortunately)

Sue, if you have one in Chandler this month...we will be there as long as it's not the the 23rd or 24th! :)

I've not been to Chaparral but I know it's a very popular park. Wondering if there's any way to reserve a specified area just for the doodles who will be there? I'd definitely like to attend.

I'm down! I'm located in north scottsdale (101 and scottsdale rd) So I'm pretty far from everything lol. So I would LOVE to do some doodle romps up here

GREAT idea Karen. I would come visit your romp! Several people have asked about having one more north so you should get plenty of people. I will let those I know of in that area know, if you do get one organized. You can put it in the events tab on here too and that helps. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you
