Susan, I didn't contact the papers about the romp, but you gave me a great idea: For our next Doodle Romp, which we hope will be when Jacque can make it to Texas for a visit, let's make it a bigger event. I know of an artist who designs really cool doodle graphics. I will get a design from her, make everyone a t-shirt, and get all of our doodles bandanas. (if that doesn't sound too hokey; I think it would be fun!) I think I can probably get a pet photographer there too. What do you think?

Today is my Emma's 2nd birthday. She is the sweetest dog I've ever had (along with Sully of course). She is smart and beautiful. Our doodles bring us so much joy and i am so grateful for them. My life changed when I found Dixie's doodles! Thanks, Dixie!

I think it's just that we all love our Dixie Doodle's so much that we want to share these magnificant dogs with all! (why the group has grown so fast!)

Dixie: Have you notified the local paper about the romp so they can be there with cameras? (The Statesman may be interested, too.) We don't want to advertise the event before it occurs, but it would be nice to have some professional photos of our dogs having a super time together! Let me know if I can help.
