Good luck with Stanlee and getting him used to road trips. Poor thing, car sickness is awful!  I don't have that problem at all. Daphne believes that if the car door opens, it is her invitation to go for a ride. She LOVES to go for a ride in the car, no matter where we go!

Hey guys, I took Stanlee for his second roadtrip last weekend and he can make it about 30 minutes before he starts to hurl. Poor fella, I am slowly working on adding time to his car rides and would like to meet up in a couple of months.  (Jax is a couple of hours away but I don't mind driving that far if Stan can make the trip.)  I'll keep you posted on his progress - cross your fingers!

Hi Debbie, my mini-ish Labradoodle was born last Saturday. I am in Bradenton which is right above Sarasota. I would love to get together when my pup finally comes home. I will friend you so we can exchange emails etc.

Tally is just adorable. Welcome to Dk. You will love it here.

Have 8 mo. old female mini goldendoodle. Recently moved to North Port, FL from the midwest. Our puppy, Tally, is about 15 lb. now and we expect her to end up at 20-25 lbs.  North Port is between Sarasota and Ft. Myers, FL. Any doodle owners nearby?

I just googled dog parks in between Jax and Tall. and the only thing in between is Lake City with nothing that I found.  We have a wonderful park here in Jax that has just been namd one of the top 10 parks in the country to visit..
