What an adorable photo of Sydney. I can’t believe he turned 5 last July.
Adorable photo, Carolyn. Happy Birthday, Sydney! I hope to see you Sunday.
Nancy, Yes, Hershey was chipped when we got her. We were the first to register her. I chipped Hershey's pups, keep records of all their chip numbers but had the new owners register the pup in their name. Hershey is 5 years old. She has a Avid chip starting with 043-112-***.
We just got home from Palm Springs, I would enjoy the 'hunt' with you. Send me Charlie's chip number to my personal email address and I'll see what I can do to help you.
We are adopting an ALD that is around 21/2 or 3 years old. He was chipped but the chip has never been registered. The chip was purchased in a 'lot' by a breeder in Oregon. It was suggested that this guy is a Manor Lake doodle because of his looks. He is probably a medium - Carolyn, you will have to bring your measuring devise to the July romp, and weighing 40 pounds. We will be the 3rd owner. The original owner gave him away as a puppy. The second owner thinks he might have been born in October of 2013. His chip number is 4C4.....BO1. Here is my question - were your dogs chipped when you got them? Were the chips registered to the breeder until you registered them, or were they unregistered until you registered them? (That in itself might rule ML our or in). And, if you have a dog born around Oct. 2013 (remember this is a total guess), would you look at your chip number to see if it at all resembles mine? Charlie's heritage doesn't matter in the long run, but I am enjoying the 'hunt.' Notice the adorable matching chocolate stripe on his upper legs!
Barbara - I do not have any experience with seizures. I am curious what little your cute doodle came from.
