Just recieved notice that Ritzy (Ritz Carlton)/Marquee had puppies!!   8 beautiful chocolates, 4boys/4girls.  I wonder if one of them will be mine!!?   Exciting!!  We shall see.  ....

Pink (not the one pictured in my profile - that's Elvis (a goldendoodle)) is from Emmie and Artimus from last May (just turned a year old last week!).  She is supposed to be a standard (50 lbs +), it looks like she's just going to be a large medium - she's tips the scale at a little over 45lbs.  Height-wise she would be considered a standard - she's about 23 inches tall.

She looks a lot like Emmie except she's black as black can be :-)

I wonder if all the puppies in Emmie and Bohdi's litter are spoken for. ?  I imagine so.   Those puppies will be adorable.  I'm still wondering if I should be considering a standard size instead of  medium (lg medium).   I keep leaning toward standard....

I have a deposit down for Ritz Carlton (Ritzy) & Marquee litter due June 1.  If this litter doesn't have the right "fit" for me, I'll just wait until the right time comes along.   I have Cooper who is not from Manor Lakes and he's only 6 mos old and a Parti.  I initially wanted a chocolate and can't seem to shake that desire. :)   I saw Cooper and fell in love with him first but there's still room in my heart for another.  I'll probably go nuts somewhere along the way of training them both, though Cooper is housebroken already.

I'm eager to go through the process of being matched with a particular puppy etc.   I got Cooper when he was 5 months old and he was the last man standing in his litter so there was not matching involved.  He's a perfect fit though. :)

I have a deposit down on Emmie & Bohdi's litter that was just born may 18th. Very excited for Mondays now, to see the picture updates. This is the first time that I am getting a puppy without seeing it in person and trusting that they will make the right choice for our family. Any advice, comments, or questions I need to be asking Kim & Melissa would be greatly appreciated!!
