Guess everyone is busy bundling up and getting last minute shopping done. There hasn't been any posts to this group for two weeks. The weather sure has had a change the last week. It was 68 degrees when we were out getting our Christmas tree, however, and that seems strange to those of us from other areas.

Nice to meet you all. We just got our puppy on Wednesday and am exited to talk with other doodle owners in the area. This forum has been the best. I love sharing and reading others stories and seeing pictures. I'll keep my eyes open for get togethers in our area.

I think we have just had the best weather of the decade in northern Calif. this past week. Of course it is a totally different story in southern Calif. with the fires and winds down there. We even slept out on the deck on Sunday night. The dogs thought that was super. A sleepover with our doodles!

Amber - Yes, it is beautiful weather here in northern California and supposed to be in the 80s for the next five days. Great beach weather! Sorry we didn't set up a doodle romp this weekend. It would be perfect.

Oh Diane, the idea of a flyball or dock dog team sounds great but I'm afraid we would just have to be spectators. My doodles are retrievers in name only. And Hondo doesn't even go in water. He sometimes gets his feet wet, but I really think he is afraid of water. Can you imagine?

I like Swany's new photo. He doesn't look muddy at all! Guess that is a good thing with having a black dog, but sometimes Groucho Too's feet get so dirty he looks like he is all black. But they all are wonderful!
