Seems as if Northwest and Western Ohio have more available Goldendoodles. Our "Doolin" came from Kenton, near Ada, but others that I looked at were also in that area............wonder why?!

No, we went almost 3 hours away (Northwest OH), near the Findlay/Tiffin area to get Remy. Didn't see any options in this area for getting a doodle. Yes, he's my first and I'm already in love....

Congrats Michele! Is Remy your first doodle? Do you know the name of the breeder he was rescued from? Because we got Darbey from a breeder in the Reynoldsburg area.

Hello,
Just adopted my new baby yesterday. Picked up Remy from a wonderful rescue group in the Bowling Green area and have had an interesting 24 hrs..... He's 5 months old, and was rescued from the breeder earlier in the week. On "old" puppy, he's definitely got some socializing to do, but he's very loving.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON ATTENDING THE WESTERN PA. RAW..... PLEASE PLEASE READ !!!!

I am so very excited to see so many planning on joining us at the romp in Edinboro, from Pa., Ohio, New Jersey and hopefully some from New York.
Janice, that runs Howlabaloo Dog Park where the romp is being held, would like me to ask you to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you bring/send all of your doodles vac records INCLUDING the BORDETELLA & NEGATIVE FECAL FLOAT. She said they find when some owners come to the park they only bring their shot records and do not realize they also need the Bordetella & Neg. Fecal. I would feel really bad if someone traveled a long distance to come to the romp and was not allowed to enter because they did not have everything they needed. ALSO, I had my vet fax Lucy's records to them, she told me they received them, but she had to call the vet because they had NO dates on the form. So, check that as well.
If you are in doubt that you have everything needed, please call them at 814-734-1161 OR go to www.howlabaloodogpark.com and on the first page are the park entry requirements.
Things are coming together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope to see ya there and have a safe trip.

For anyone who lives on the east side of Columbus, Pickerington, Reynoldsburg, etc. - a new Dog Park is in the works! It's in the fund raising and planning stages but looks terrific & could use our support. They are hoping to break ground on it this summer. Visit: http://www.vtdogpark.org/ for all the details.

Go to the top of the page and click on events, then in the search type in Western Pa. Romp around the World. All of the info is there and you can RSVP. Make sure you click on the dog park's site and check it out. It used to be a golf course and was opened as a dog park last June. It is really nice. It is on May 2nd. from 1PM until 3PM. We would love to have you. It is going to be a fun one.

What are the times and date for the romp in PA. ? I'd love to be there. It's closer than the Ohio one for us.

Come on over to Edinboro, Beth and the Gang, we would love to have you at our romp. Even though Pitts. and Cleveland are football rivals, we can still be great doodle friends !!!!!!!! LOL LOL We will put our football differences behind us, OK !!!!!!!!!!! Bring all your frinds along, the more the merrier !!!!!
