Yay! This is so exciting to hear! Yes, Susan Christen is the same breeder. Her website is no longer working so I'm thinking Petunia (original name was Celeste) may have been one of her last puppies. I would love to see pictures. Thank you for your response.

Hi, If Susan Christen is the breeder, we are relatives! The matriarch of Giant Schnoodles of Joy is Karma out of Susan's purebred, well tested poodles. Karma's daughter is Xena, the Warrior Princess. There are more, but Karma & Xena can be seen in my avatar (Karma, the white one). I was speaking to Susan the other day. Her dogs are about 15 & 13, are healthy & cavorting around like puppies. I did 2 yrs of research & testing before I did my first breeding. I have 200 puppies out there with no health problems. Susan's dogs are the most genetically healthy on the planet. I was the one who convinced her to go from pure bred poodles to labra or golden doodles.  Karma has retired from service & carting. She hated retirement. She is re-homed & has a job as a therapy dog with autistic kids & is very happy. My Giant Schnoodles are: Xena, Mirage & Zola. Let me know if we are talking about the same breeder.  & I'll try to get around to posting some pics. Puppy love from JOy & the furry folk

Hi...I'm curious to see if we can find any of Petunia's siblings. She was born January 5, 2010 by the Breeder Sensational Companions here in San Diego. I'd love to see if they look similar and if you are in San Diego, to meet up for a play date. Thanks!

Nancie & Gracie Doodle Casey, I took Toulouse and my yorkie, Sabine to Maggie's Farm in Point Loma to get their grooming. Kristen is a really thoughtful, kind and fun lady. She confidently told me "no problem" with everything that I asked of her and that's exactly what I got. Both Toulouse and Sabine looked perfect and seemed to enjoy their stay there. That was great for me because Sabine hates going to the groomer and Toulouse (4 mo) had never been. So, I have found my groomer and I thank you so much for taking the time to give me the great rec. If you need a place to take Nirvana here is a great place.  I take Gracie Doodle whenever we travel and she loves it.  I refuse to board her and this is boarding but nothing like you would think.  The dogs are out with the owner all day on the property running around in a pack, playing in the water, lounging or whatever.  The owner Thomas knows us very well and if you end up calling, tell him Nancie and Gracie Doodle sent you.  They do want that you and your dog come out for an interview, all shots current and the dog must be neutered/spayed.  So if you are interested in checking them out you might want to make an appointment to visit soon.  The website is great so go check it out.  Also, if you go to my page and go down to my photo albums there is one on Gracie's visit to the Alpine Dog Ranch.  She is going to be there from May 2-10.
