Dudley loved sharing his treats with everybody! These can be made in a baking sheet and cut into small squares or, by adding a bit less water, can be piped into "kisses" (training size treats)

2 slices veal liver
2-3 cups of unbleached flour
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
handful flax seeds
throw the liver into a cast iron skillet with a touch of olive oil over a medium-medium high heat (you could microwave it or bake it. The cooking just makes it less "Yucky." Place cooled cooked liver with juices and olive oil in food processor and pulse for a bit to begin chopping. Add eggs and 2 cups of flour, flax seeds and baking soda and process until it looks "grainy" add water a little at a time until it is the consistency you want. I made a thick batter and poured it into a baking sheet sprayed with pam and bake for about 10 min at 350. Remove from oven and cut into cubes. Return cubes to oven lowering temp to 275. Leave until crispy enough (about a half hour to 45 min)

It was lots of fun being together again, in spite of Nasty "Meetup" people. If it's not too beastly hot, Shadow, Lou and I look forward to seeing everybody again next month.
